Placeholder issue here, since sf seems to work around this with a warning()

old-style crs object detected; please recreate object with a recent sf::st_crs()

Seeing this in 4_params_munge/out/ndgf_bathy.rds.ind when rebuilding for #234 This probably applies to a number of the downloaded shapefiles that are in in for 1_crosswalk
