Currently the files are being written and unlinked within a function.
This was done ☝️ to do a quick(ish!) test to see if all of the MN TOHA lakes would run with GLM3. The answer is yes, they work. Now clean up needs to be done to work the creation of those files into a pipeline step and clean up some of the code that does it. Once completed, those files will become part of the sciencebase release.
