Output NLDAS coordinates for features as a file #4

Writing a feature file with associated NLDAS grid coordinates so that it can be used as input to pipeline 3. The READ_ME file is updated to show these dependencies but we need hyperlinks to point where to manually copy over the file dependencies; @wdwatkins can you point me to where I should put the .ind file on the lake-temperature-neural-network repo and what folder I should put the .rds file on google drive?
