when you reduce the number of attributes (spatial), the format of the file fails #39

for example, if I had 3 attributes in a shapefile, wrote a skeleton, then delete an attribute, the non-header lines of the attribute file won't get rid of the extra column, so you have a flawed tabular file.

This may not actually be an issue (?). Looks like text was added to add a comma within a field in a csv attribute file. The error was related to that.
