We should find a way to be more lax w/ CRS. Instead I forced the longform for WGS84 for now.
Also dealt w/ the matrix return of a SpatialPolygonsDataFrame that has as many columns as there are columns in the @data (all are the same w/ this output).
Coverage increased (+0.4%) to 45.05% when pulling cdef9afbc28661cba073e389f96f661784502bcc on jread-usgs:master into 03b3c27cf0dfb9ead04b2385ac1b5829c78c6060 on USGS-R:master.
