spatial metadata extraction needs different values for indspref and sdtsterm #57

Seems the metadata rules are more strict on indspref and the values can only be one of "Point" "Vector" "Raster"

Right now the template and the meddle::extract_feature() return a single type for feature-type, which is used for both indspref and sdtsterm (see here )

Currently this causes an error in the metadata validation.

Apparently per @limnoliver this is not an issue if your data release has only point features.
