Thanks, @mnfienen. Unfortunately I think we have to use aleaf.github.io for the docs until USGS decides to allow Actions, unless you can think of an easy way to build them without actions at doi-usgs.github.io. For now, I changed all of the links in the readme to reference aleaf.github.io.
