For locations like Alaska with spotty NHDPlus coverage, develop a function to download NHD medium res.

Would it be better to have a vignette that shows where each product has data available and points you to the appropriate function to access the data?

Going to close for now. 3DHP functionality will work in Alaska now and the various NHD/NHDPlus versions are just so complicated, I don't know if I can justify the time required.
