Dan: I think it may be helpful to have a simple graphic or description of how everything fits together the sample, plate, assay, wells...etc. I think the sample piece might be a bit confusing first starting out if people don't understand that it will be used to attribute the wells. At any rate, a simple diagram of the work/information flow may be helpful.
This may fit into the user documentation (Basics > Definitions) and in the Quick Start Guide on the homepage.
