Make a component that shows the relationships between snow/swe and discharge through a water year

[x] use gridded SWE and/or runoff data from upper colorado study area
[ ] make raster gifs for high and low snow years of SWE and runoff, 2011and 2012
[x] draw hydrographs for gages within the region
[x] experiment with combinations of raster vs hydrograph variables to curate animation

Ultimately we opted for a different angle in this section because two simultaneous animated gifs are hard to visually digest.
