add back in title and page nav for modeling chapter - closes #262
run lint
fix nav link styling that running lint messes up
add bottom margin to hex map
fix timing of title changes on mobile
fix undefined path code error
minor text edits to modeling text

Merging b/c planned and minor edits, and so that Colleen can cut new release and push to prod on Sunday 6/20 in prep for release on Monday 6/21
