Right now, the LS assumes that all of the ephemerides are equally spaced (with regards to time). The ephemerides we get off of ISIS cubes may or may not be equally spaced because of how ISIS reduces the sensor position and velocity.
This may need to be something fixed in the spiceinit'd cube driver in ALE because our current ISD format expects equally spaced ephemerides (it defines a start time and a time step size).
