Update how the messgener mdis distortion is read in. #238

The keyword was changed in the exported json from "transverse" to "messengermdis" in ale, after @jessemapel mentioned that MDIS is the only distortion model which uses this format. This needs to be updated in usgscsm for newly-formatted ISDs to be correctly ingested.
