Added a line on viz-list.csv that corresponds to the most recent river conditions animation. Importantly, this includes a thumbnail address river_conditions_jan_mar_2022.png that corresponds to a thumbnail file in s3, within the thumbails subdirectory, and a link url that goes directly to the drupal animation. Current conditions also get assigned the groupevent, which tells vue to populate it under the correct accordion on the website.
Also modified the blog reel to de-emphasize hiring now that it is over. Replaced featured thumbnail with one corresponding to the "What is VizLab?" blog post.
