Add fy24 q2 river conditions to vizlab home #59

Hey Cee, followed the instructions here to add FY24 Q2 river conditiosn to the carousel on vizlab home page.

Interesting! I just cloned Elmera's fork and tried it on Chrome and Edge and I'm not able to replicate the rectangular issue. Everything looks square to me, both on load and after clicking. It seems like the correct video (insta square version) and thumbnail (square color) are being pulled in. I'll try to investigate if there's anything in the Vue file that could affect the shape.

Okay I just pulled again and rebuilt and now it looks fine! Square and I see the map frame 🎉. So disregard my earlier comment :)
