Removing Timeline and tooltip mobile fix #141

@eread-usgs Removed the timeline and adjusted the content to be a bit bigger since we can afford the space now

Need to learn to branch... @jiwalker-usgs if you look at the mobile tooltip solution, I just added a document on click to hide the tool tip, their JS is chalk full of e.preventDefaults when you click one of the bars, so no worries about it never showing up. It just hides the last tooltip and then pops up the next one as one would expect.
