Fixes to tooltips #188

Can someone test on mobile to make sure this didn't break anything further? Also, I changed links in siteText.yaml to https as that is what is on my mind these days.

Also, I added an embed page (footer is a bit big still) that we can link to if we want to allow others to embed just the figure.

Ok, to be ready to go in the morning, I'm going to merge and tag for prod. We can make a last minute revert if this is a disaster.
