Create shadow functionality in master #386

Allow to import solutions, e.g. https://github.com/DOMjudge/domjudge/commit/55ae1d54359b00bb6301d53923eafc47e94598aa and all the scripts in the import folder?

This also includes storing the external result.

This should be done by now. It doesn't support the new API but that's a different issue.
