Track differences between submissions #56

In addition, any additional analytical capabilities allowing the judges to track differences between submissions are appreciated.

DOMjudge provides source code diff with previous submissions for same (team,problem,language). Source code highlighting can optionally be installed, and it has download and edit and resubmit (as jury user) options to test for bugs in the submission.
