Replace the following M31 Actor's Function with MoPs from IAML vocabulary. Remember to change the property also.

Ultimately, we don't expect anymore to instantiate the M31 class, correct? Except when the function will not exist in our controlled vocabulary which should be rare.

I confirm. We should have very few M31 in next release
