Extract the String2Uri module

I would like to extract the “string2uri” part of the converter.

The idea is to produce a tool for replacing the strings with DOREMUS uris that can work both

• as module in other (java) projects (i.e. marc2rdf, itema3converter, euterpeConverter, etc.), avoid the current code duplication
• as command line script, that accepts in input a turtle file, and returns in output the turtle file with replacements

See it as a post-processing for the data conversion.
