Add a notebook to test problem weave units #5

There have been persistent issues with glitchy geometries in weave units based on various combinations of the parameter settings. It would be useful to make a notebook with a 'test set' of cases that can be run to test any attempted fixes, and run any time changes happen in the relevant code. Not unit test exactly, because I am not sure how to test for the issues. But I know them when I see them, so a notebook would work.

the current set of notebooks does a reasonable job fulfilling this role. Also not seeing many glitch geometries lately...
