Whatever 09.3 Retraining.ipynb or 93_retraining.py, it has shown the following message.

Notes: I have the GPU of RTX 2060. I run the script of 93_retraining.py according to the the suggestion as follows. github: https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/issues/9829
