Adding semver

Adds the semver class with its tests. See #226

• [x] replace == in the tests with equal()
• [x] add small comment to the regexp: it comes from the official website, allows for prepended android|ios, and minor/patch are optional

Instead of merge, this should be rebased.

Once this is merged, #213 and #215 need to be rebased on this.
