I'm getting this error with springboot-swagger plugin:

Could not transfer artifact org.dpppt:dpppt-backend-sdk:pom:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT from/to github-annotation (https://maven.pkg.github.com/Ubique-OSS/springboot-swagger3-annotations): Authentication failed for https://maven.pkg.github.com/Ubique-OSS/springboot-swagger3-annotations/org/dpppt/dpppt-backend-sdk/1.0.0-SNAPSHOT/dpppt-backend-sdk-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.pom 401 Unauthorized

Did you try to use the springdoc-openapi?

This dependency is now on maven central: https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/ch/ubique/openapi/springboot-swagger-3/
