tested ack: we aligned with test vectors produced by this script among most open source implementations here, see https://github.com/DP-3T/documents/issues/62 for details.

Corrected the test vectors.

We did a bit of a massive rewrite just now. Sorry about that. Test vectors included for both the lowcost and unlinkable design. The test vectors were unchanged with respect to previous version (with "broadcast key" all lowercase).
