Update package published on PyPi #47

I would like to use the package marketing attribution models but I get an error about Singular matrix. I see that it was already fixed (https://github.com/DP6/Marketing-Attribution-Models/issues/41) but when I install the package using pip I am getting older version of code (Package code looks different then what I see in github repo). Unfortunately I can use only installation by pip and nothing else. Could you please publish newer version?
