Rough version of browser based client frontend to manage crash reports, groups and solutions #68

Should work as is, only browser and internet connection are required.

Client allows, or will allow, to create new crash groups and reports and assign reports and solutions to groups. Also viewing crash group details is possible.

Right now we need to connect it to the database :)
