SQL Error after Upgrade to this extension from the Magentoconnect Version #45

Hi, after removing all files from the "old" Magentoconnect version to this one, I am getting following error.

SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'sfo.shipping_method' in 'where clause', query was: SELECT COUNT(*) FROM sales_flat_order_grid AS main_table INNER JOIN sales_flat_order AS sfo ON sfo.entity_id=main_table.entity_id WHERE (sfo.shipping_method LIKE '%dpd%')

How to resolve?
