Webservice Login failed #63

Hi,

with the latest release (v2.0.4) we always get the following error (taken from log), when we try to create labels:

2019-01-14T19:32:23+00:00 ERR (3): Webservice Login failed: 2019-01-14T19:32:23+00:00 ERR (3): 2019-01-14T19:32:23+00:00 ERR (3): SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://public-ws.dpd.com/services/ShipmentService.svc\?singleWsdl' : failed to load external entity "https://public-ws.dpd.com/services/ShipmentService.svc\?singleWsdl"

Is there something wrong with the API url?

By the way: We removed the filters manually, like it was described here for an older version (https://github.com/DPDBeNeLux/magento-DPD_Shipping/issues/10).
