Checkout cannot be completed when DPD parcelshops shipping method is selected #65

During checkout when shipping to DPD parceshops is selected as a shipping method the order cannot be completed. At the last step of checkout when the 'place order' button is pressed an error message appears saying: 'Please check shipping address information. Please enter the country. Please enter the state/province.' Also the price of the shipping is not displayed properly on the last step of checkout - review of the order - it is 0. However, the checkout process is completed without errors or warnings when shipping with DPD Home Delivery is selected. The price of the shipping is displayed correctly with this shipping method.

Hi @hubkeeper Could you please tell use what version of Magento you are using and if you are using an non default checkout?

Hi, we are using Magento 1.9.3.2 and default one page checkout. However, we are using a custom theme and a module for ajax shopping cart.
