Extra information of the parcelshop is not correct #9

When a customer selects a parcelshop, he's able to choose one. But one is on holiday from 11/12/2014, This is not correct. How can we change this information? Is this information given from the shop in a list? Who must change it?

Can you provide me with more information about the shop so I can reproduce the problem?
