Updating - Fixed grammar and spelling

1. Fixed spelling of "inappropriate". It was incorrectly spelled as "innappropriate"
2. Added articles - "a", "an", and "the" wherever required
3. Corrected hyphenation wherever necessary. For example, "open-source" instead of "open source"
4. Corrected spelling of "Openness". It was"Openess"
5. Added "?" wherever a question was implied without using a question mark.
6. Removed comma "," wherever it wasn't needed, and added it wherever it was required.
7. Corrected "Children's books"
