This list looks good @nathanbaleeta. I think a case can be made for including BigBlueButton
and CartoDB
as nominees - as those are open source platforms that are not just developer tools/toolkits.

I would keep the following two as nominees for the following reasons:
Apache Ctakes
is very health-specific. It is not any general-purpose development tool, but a tool specifically designed to extract information from electronic medical records, that can be integrated into other open source health applications. FreeCodeCamp
is not like any development tool, it is a collection of content that advances SDG#4 by providing free access to quality education in the field of computer science. Instead I would amend this nomination and add the content
category. Their repository explicitly lists both software and content licenses.All others are good to me to exclude.
Considering we are no longer accepting open source tools that are primarily used to support developers and that focus has shifted to tools that are specifically oriented around supporting SDGs; I propose to exclude the following nominees based on the above criteria:
