This PR attempts to fix #175 Since the DPG site is raw HTML based, it uses a very low-level solution of direct browser routing using vanilla JS.

@prajectory Please note that this PR completely removes the UI of the community page to achieve said redirection. Code changes made will have to be completely reverted in a case where the UI of the WordPress community page would be needed to be shown.
