Currently data explorer uses grid view as visualisation method. Each grid represents an SDG and shows the number of DPGs serving for that SDG. Hovering over a grid changes the colour to grey. Clicking doesn't trigger an action.
How should it be?
Clicking on each grid should function as a filter and list the DPGs that are serving that specific SDG.
