Null safety #65

The new null-safe version should be published on pub.dev

Is it possible that you publish at least a dev version so we can get it from the yaml file without getting the code from git?

I think it just need to release a new version on pub.dev.

I loaded this as a file and it works: https://github.com/DPLYR-dev/SplashScreenFlutterPackage/blob/master/example/example.dart

You wont need the Library
