I think that the README.txt still contains valuable information related with 
the migration from the previous SDK version and therefore I'd still keep it - 
at least - until 1.1. By that time, we should move all contents into the *.apt 
files

Removed deprecated files. All contents are already mapped into the official 
Alfresco docs
