Provide a quick start (fast track) #117

I've recently been recommending this project.  There's lots of documentation 
but I want to send someone a link with a one page quickstart and/or youtube 
video.

The quickstart would assume maven knowledge and would answer the question: "How 
do I get started developing against Alfresco 4.1.x? ".

It would show :
1. Which artifact to use
2. The project structure
3. How to start up an Alfresco embedded instance and write code against it.

Gethin, good issue. I like the idea of a video.

I guess the DevCon video is a bit too long (50m ? :)))

What would you think the proper timing for the video? 5m?

5 mins sounds a good length, certainly less than 10 mins.  We just need a short 
version of the devcon or brownbag presentations.

Hey Luis, WDYT about this issue? Can I assign it to you?

I know you wanted to to a "fast track" and here a video (as you told me as 
well) is a prime requirement.

Could be a nice first contrib :)

I will be doing this video. The idea is to have a fast-track approach to the 
alfresco maven sdk. 

1 ) Step by step guide on how to setup maven and configure maven settings
2 ) Available alfresco maven sdk archetypes and how to generate them.
3 ) Running the archetypes / Special features
4 ) Why maven ? Advantages of using Maven in Alfresco development
