Share client 4.2.C is not complete #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Setup Amp archetype 

2. Run share client version 4.2.c

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The share interface is missing a menu bar, somehow its incomplete.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Alfresco 4.2.c using maven runner on Mac Osx

Do you have any hint on what's actually missing on the filesystem? Or maybe you 
can spot some JS / CSS error using Firebug?

Need more info here. Which menu is missing? Can I have a screenshot so that I 
can reproduce the issue?

I've just tried to reproduce the issue and i've realized that the issue was 
related to a custom dashlet i'm developing. Sorry for reporting this as an 
issue.
