Ability to Specify an Alternate Final AMP Dir #146

In some cases users might want specify an alternate directory for the final AMP 
file.

An example might be an AMP project that would like to incorporate other AMPs as 
dependencies, which could be accomplished in a number of ways without this 
change, but allowing for an alternate ampFinalDir of something like 
'target/amps' makes it very easy to dump other AMPs into that directory before 
the install phase, then change install's ampLocation to also point to 
'target/amps' since directories are already handled nicely there.
