Review web.xml and any other OOTB shipped config for compatibility with 4.2.e #148

For one, alfresco.war and solr.war web.xml is customized to override security 
settings and allow HTTP comms between solr and alfresco.

Double check that for Community 4.2.e and Enterprise 4.2.0.

Resolved in r707.

-removed version specific web.xml overlays (used for alfresco <-> solr
https comms) and added use of maven-replacer-plugin to patch distro OOTB files;
