Switch to Tomcat7 using the Tomcat7 Maven Plugin in place of Jetty #149

Since now Tomcat7 is fully embeddable in Maven via 
http://tomcat.apache.org/maven-plugin-2.0/tomcat7-maven-plugin/, let's use this 
as Alfresco is compatible and supported on Tomcat 7.

This will reduce issues due to developing on Jetty and show error conditions 
much earlier in the Dev cycle.
