alfresco.client.war.version should default to alfresco.version in alfresco-sdk-parent pom #160

The alfresco.client.war.version property should be default to the value of 
alfresco.version in the alfresco-sdk-parent pom, and should not (by default) be 
included in generated pom.xml files at all.
