Integrate samples from mavenized old alfresco sdk #190

Ole has done a great job at mavenizing samples here:

https://github.com/Alfresco/alfresco-sdk

We need to integrate those in the SDK, either by merging the code and releasing 
per every version or at least linking them from the documentation.

I'd rather keep the 2 projects separated; 
https://github.com/Alfresco/alfresco-sdk is more of a collection of code 
samples (maybe the project shouldn't be called alfresco-sdk ?)
