Integration of Notifications & Integration of Comments & Dislikes

Endpoints were created to GET and POST on the notifications table on the database
The UI on the website was made
Backend and frontend are integrated
Not perfect but works
Notifications only works when you receive a or reply to a message
Counter also added for the number of messages received
Likes/Dislikes integrated on the frontend and backend. Can only POST and GET (GET not 100% fully working)
Comments integrated on the frontend and backend. Can only POST and GET (GET not 100% fully working)
Added some colors to the groups and messages center
Some other fixes such as the controller of the Notifications was missing a parameter.
Added backend sanity test for CI (6)
