Tagging: Select the user in the search

Make each items in the list of user search clickable
Insert the clicked item into a string (such as getting the name) and pass it into the post to tag the person showing its name
Add his user profile link when adding its name after selecting. For instance:

This has been implemented. You can only select users with enter and the key downs. Mouse is coming later. tags
