Implemented:

An input trigger to get the user list with @
HTML posts and comments has been integrated
OnKeyEvents when you choose to tag someone from the small list (can use enter, up and down arrows)
OnMouseEvents
They were done on posts & comments
A lot of bug fixing with the tags

Issues: #124, #117, #116
