Implemented:

When someone is tagged, POST request to notifications on the backend
Retrieve new notifications
Enhanced the notifications on the frontend & backend
The notifications design on the frontend is different now
Two new fields were created on the database
Dismissing the tag notifications
Tells "you friend (friend) tagged you on a post"
