The user should be able to create an account.

We need a page with a registration form that communicates with the server in order to create an account.
It has to handle syntax errors and verify the different fields input.
After the process is done, it should display whether the account has been successfully created or not.
The user should be able to login with the newly created account at once.

This has been converted to React a long time ago.
